As I was trying to explain the situation with Short temper dispatch Pat Allgood, he impatiently with his short temper told me "You're done for the day, go home" My last week I was told to go back to a job where a customer heavily implied she did not want the service. Not to mention they put me in some nasty hotel with barely any accommodations. To sum it up I was lied to about a training opportunity so that this company could utilize me in another state. Come the second day I find out from some customers that the WeClean technicians in Wisconsin apparently got sick so WeClean had no one to work Wisconsin. I was promised $200 to go train someone in Wisconsin and when I got up there they gave me some excuse how the trainee wasn't picking up his phone. It gets better! IF ever offered to work in another state for training make sure to get confirmation and payment before leaving your home.
A whole month for an EMPLOYEE to get the tools and resources that are required to be in the field. For a WHOLE MONTH, I never received the uniform I was told I was going to get, I never received a tool NEEDED to clean stairs, which ultimately wasted time and money due to me using the incorrect tool. Sure ok, so calling service manager, you have better luck winning the lotto than getting help let alone getting a phone call back from a manager.
Whenever I had a situation where I needed help and I would contact the dispatch I would be told to not call him as he can't help but to call service manager. I didn't take it into too much consideration but after my first week I soon started to realize what that meant. As soon as your done training as my trainer told me, "YOURE ON YOUR OWN FROM HERE ON OUT". If it weren't for the entire service manager department and the dispatch (Pat Allgood) ( A Racist) I would have considered giving WeClean a second chance but after working for WeClean for a little over a month I just could bear with it anymore.
